Ugh, what a long, challenging, crazy week! I was definitely put to the test with everyone's holiday goodies that are making there way through my workplace. I feel like everyday of the week I was presented with a new sweet treat. I definitely indulged way too often and the results showed on the scale this week. I still am trying to find the balance between enjoying a Christmas goodie and overdoing it. Having a few treats everyday this week, definitely overdoing it. I didn't miss a work out but exercise, after all, is only 20%, so the damage was still done on the scale. I'm not beating myself up over it, the scale could be up for a plethora of reasons, including - the extra weights I added on my body pump classes this week (I may be gaining muscle mass), or the fact that TOM is due any second now (I am most likely retaining water). So I celebrated a few non scale victories this week, including the fact that my favorite dark boot cut jeans buckle easier, making me able to wear a tighter fitting shirt over them!.. also, my work pants are definitely loose in the waist and thighs! WOOHOO!

Days in Calorie range (1450-1800): 4/7 1 DAY OVER, 2 DAYS UNDER .. I slacked on the tracking this week, so this is most likely incorrect! Could be another reason the scale went in the opposite direction!

Thursday: Body Pump - 60 mins
Friday: Zumba 60 mins
Saturday: Body Pump 60 mins

Monday: Zumba 60 mins.
