10 week Progress report:
Since my SP journey began on 10/1/12,
I have reduced by 8 1/2 inches and 16.7 pounds
All of my reports show I have improved dramatically (energy, self esteem, sleep, stress).
My fitness and activity levels have improved significantly as well.
All in all, I am ecstatic! I am feeling and moving better than I have in YEARS!!!!
My target for the rest of the year are:
Nutrition: Target lower numbers in calorie range
(except Fat @ mid range)
Fitness: Aerobic, ST & Yoga/stretch 3x wk
Specifically targeting Core 2x wk
Goal #1: 155 pounds
Long range: Arrive my 'happy weight' &
Establish nutrition/fitness requirements for maintenance
The picture below may not seem like much to you, but to me, what it represents is nothing short of a miracle.
Focus on the small rack of firewood in the foreground (not the ladder in the background that I'll be using to paint the living room this weekend.) Yesterday, I loaded a wheelbarrow full of wood from the wood pile in the backyard, hauled it across the back and side yards, and stacked the wood outside our front door. Then, this morning I loaded that wood bag and carried it into the house and placed it in that rack all by myself. Three years ago, I was not able to lift a stick of wood. This, my SparkFriends, is a miracle!
