Sad Mac

Today I am Sad Mac. I've been super motivated but then I had some health problems last week and it didn't throw me off course for eating but I quit tracking things like food intake and exercise, which I virtually didn't do. Now I've gained a wee tad but I don't really know why because I quit tracking. I'm back on schedule with tracking though. I know I need to exercise more and drink more water. I think I'm good for food. We'll see.
