20-13: My New Year New Me Jumpstart Plan

This personal challenge/streak was inspired by Restored_Me. She's planning to run 13 races in 2013 ... you can see more of her blog here:

Since I am not a runner, I have decided to take a slightly different approach. For the first 13 days of 2013, I WILL WORKOUT 20 minutes-a-day for 13 days. I will also attempt to blog each of those 13 workouts as I complete each one.

Now to figure out which dvd's to use.
