Many times we meet someone and can never imagine them being anything other than fit, fun and beautiful. Many times there was a long road that got them there. I tend to find the journeys of others to so inspiring and this morning I needed some inspiration to get me through this cold, dreary month. I want to inspire everyone just to show you that age, race, gender, body type, NOTHING can keep you from reaching your goals! We can no longer say, "Yeah that worked for her but she has a smaller frame" or "But she is young and has a faster metabolism". Those are all excuses keeping you from reaching your highest potential!

FOR THE YOUNG GIRLS WANTING TO MAKE A CHANGE:




In the course of a year this teenage girl lost 66 pounds, dropping from 187 lbs to 121 lbs. Don't let bullies or mean girls allow you to think you are incapable or unworthy! LET THOSE HATERS BE YOUR MOTIVATORS!

just know that IT CAN HAPPEN! You have what it takes and you don't even know it yet. You have the ability to change and it just takes little changes over time.
