Weigh-In Day - Mid-Range Goal Met!

I hit my mid-range goal (180) on today's weigh-in! Total released since 3/1: 55.2 pounds. Total from high recorded weight: 89.7 pounds. I am also now OUT of the "obese" category on the BMI. Woohoo!

I'm still going strong (as strong as possible anyway) with 30 Day Shred. I finished Day 4 of Level 3 today. This week is crazy schedule-wise, but I'm trying to keep doing it. On Saturday, I'll have to skip a day because I'm in rehearsals/concerts from 9am till 10pm.

We had our first BCAS/BSO Holiday Pops concert last night, and it was so much fun! This conductor is so much fun to work with. It was our Strathmore concert, which is the biggest time chunk for a single concert because of the distance traveled, but at least we get a bus for it. Very well-received by the audience. 6 more of those to go! Then one children's concert on Saturday as well. Then...I go *thud*. :)

Anyway, since I've reached this goal, I'll have to re-evaluate where I'm going next. What number, what date, etc. I'll have to do that probably after Sunday when I have a chance to breathe again.

Thank you to all of my friends. I'm not sure I could do this without all of you being as supportive as you are. Having a cheering squad helps more than you can possibly imagine! From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

    You are doing so well. This is a time of year we all do our best and many of us set a goal to maintain. The temptations are out there so do your best. Keep it up you can do it.
