With all the stress and demands on me right now , i am working on this week on keeping focused and centered, alot of deep breathing this week!!
Another goal I am working on is standing more than sitting, I know I can burn alot more calories standing than sitting, and so I find every opportunity this week to do so, and wow, I can feel it in every muscle of my body , it takes alot of muscle to keep this body of mine upright!
I take the train every day to work , and it can be crowded so that is a very good opportunity for me to stand and since its moving it is great for working on balance!
I have faced some stressful deals this week , so finding that peace within is important
I just take the time do some deep breathing knowing that everything will be okay , and not to take it out on myself or my health , stay focused!! Its an ongoing process but im getting it!
