What kind of CRAP excuse is that??

I'm going to a movie premiere tonight at midnight. As most of you know, I'm still in a battle with fatigue, steroid-taper (reducing mg's until I'm off) and a constant battle with lupus.
So a midnight premiere is quite a feat for me, especially after working a full day. It's a lot to ask. I'm going to be standing in line for a long time, sitting for a long time...yeah. Remind me again why I agreed to do this? Haha.
Because of all that, I decided to skip working out this morning. I've been doing either a 10 minute walk or a 10 minute Coach Nicole video on my morning breaks at work. Not every day, but certainly putting some effort in it. But today, surely I should skip, right, so I'm not too tired for tonight? Definitely. Gotta save up my energy.
Yes, I admit, that was my excuse for skipping today's morning workout. Then I spent some time on SP, got all motivated and realized that's a crap excuse. If anything, that workout will GIVE me energy. So, I did a Coach Nicole video and am very proud of myself for not only admitting it was a crap excuse, but also doing something about it.
