I enjoy comparing things, statistics and trends and whatnot, perhaps I missed my calling as an economist ... oh well. Here is a comparison ...

What are we looking at?
The top set of numbers is my intake for the last 4 days.
The bottom set of numbest is an average* day under my old system of 'eat everything all the time'. That system didn't work too well.
* = average day consisted of 6 peanut butted and jelly english muffins, 2 whoppers and a large fry, a large pizza and a bag of chips and salsa ...
