I blogged last week that it was time for me to become serious about changing my eating habits and focus on a new healthy lifestyle. Well, I did fall off the wagon on Sunday which led into Monday, but I got back on by Tuesday and set a new goal of tracking my food and staying within my calorie requirement for 30 days. Yes, 30 days is my small goal. I think if I attack this with small attainable goals it will become a habit and second nature.
I did go up a pound this week due to two days of bad eating. I also know that the body can fluctuate a pound or two each week, so I am not fretting over the pound gain. I have worked out everyday except for Monday. (I make Monday my no workout day because I just hate Mondays)
So until next Thursday, my small goal is to track my food each day and stay within my calorie requirement; workout everyday except Monday; and journal about my day. Then I will blog next week how my week has gone.
