Wow, it's been quite a long time since I wrote...
Here I am. Still shaky, but starting to get back to myself.
Still not really walking, in the workout sense - but wearing my SP pedometer every day (with the exception of Saturday).
Right now, for example, it's 3:25 PM and it says "4311 steps". That's something, isn't it?
Still eating crazily... Hanukkah holiday (we're in the middle of it) doesn't help, with all its traditions of eating fried food, doughnuts etc. BUT I start craving soups, fruits and veggies, instead of pastry and chocolate. That's another something.
Still not tracking food like I used to - but back to SPCoach.
So there is hope.
I discovered about myself, once again, that I am the kind of person who does much better with a plan (for years I believed that I could just "flow" and everything will be OK... Well, I can be flexible enough - but I do need a structure, very much).
That's why the SP tracking helps me so much. And the FlyLady system. And so on. (Hmmm, that's probably why my favourite hobby is counted cross-stitch...)
So, if it works - why trying to fix it?
But' it only works if I work it, doesn't it?
So I'm back to work
