Well it's the season of stress again and the winter challenge wants me to blog on how I'm going to handle it. Well...
1. I'm going to do some kind of movement in the evening to work off some of my daily stress. I love getting out in the morning, feel it sets me up for a good day. But I really need to walk/work out some of it before evening.
2. I'm going to practice some meditation. Everyone says it helps with stress, figure I'll give it a try.
3. Sleep! When I'm exhausted I just don't handle stress as well.
4. And last, but should have been first, be okay with imperfection. My house will never stay clean,and I'm not going to get all my homemade gifts finished. I'm just going to have to accept the facts, relax and give myself a break.
