Had a great night's sleep last night and felt so much better today. It's amazing what sleep can do for you. Puts a completely different (positive) perspective on your whole day.
Jetta & I did a lot of cardio walking today and it felt good. Did the big hill and then the rest of it was done in the woods on the trail. We've been going early, right after the a.m. bus route and that's been working out real well. Also did a strength training session tonight - core; lower body. Got in 8.70 miles on the day.
Need to write the annual Christmas newsletter tonight so I can get the cards done and in the mail. Some of them are going to Canada and one to Barbados so they do need to be mailed if they're going to get there on time.
