Days 411 & 412

I got out and ran yesterday when I got up from sleeping. I started out walking 5 minutes to warm up, ran 30 minutes and then walked 8 minutes to cool down. When I got done I ate some supper and then went back to bed. I didn't sleep very well yesterday - only 6 hours and then couldn't get back to sleep. My face was bothering me which kept me from getting back to sleep I think.

My lips got really dried out and chapped when I was running on Sunday. Since then I have a swollen spot on my upper lip and I have a tingling sensation that has been bothering the middle left side of my face off and on. I think it's from the swelling in the lip but I'm going to keep an eye on it to be sure it's nothing else. I decided last night that I would try to get some more rest instead of doing my exercise DVD last night.

Today I did my Slim in 6 - Ramp it up DVD. It's 48 minutes of exercise that's a lot easier to do it now that it was when I did the program 3 or 4 years ago. Lots of the moves are the same ones that I've done with my strength training DVD and various Coach Nicole videos. At my weight I burned 318 calories tonight. I didn't do extra strength training since there is resistance band work during the video.
