My emotional eating trigger

Wednesday, December 12, 2012

It's becoming evident to me that my emotional eating trigger is anger/irritation. Somebody at Rotary irritated me at lunch today and that carried through the afternoon, so tonight I'm craving sweets. (two small cookies and a couple of pieces of chocolate bark....) To counteract that, I did 25 minutes on the elliptical.

My weight is holding steady --- the only consolation is that I haven't gained anything since I've increased my activity level.
