not much going on today. still pretty run down.
2 hours biking and an arm and ab workout.
50 ab exercises 20 reps each.
30 arm exercises with the 20 pound kettlebell 10 reps.
15 exercises with the 30 pound weight 10 reps.
15 exercises with the fitstik 10 reps.
ending at 1250 calories, 23 grams carbs.
tomorrow is my leg workout.
i am also working on my poa [plan of attack] for the weekend and cookie making and all that.
so far the best plan is that i am going to sew my lips shut.
