Gaining Momentum

Day 4: It has been easy so far to stay motivated, especially because the numbers on the scale continue to go down. However, I am trying to not allow what the scale is doing to dictate my mood or my motivation. I know that right now what I'm losing is mostly water weight and that the weight loss will soon be slowing down, so I'm trying to mentally prepare myself for that. What has surprised me is how motivating exercising can be. Today I was working on very little sleep and almost gave in to giving myself the day off (which I would have been okay with...I was that tired), but I decided to just do a quick workout I saw on Facebook:
llenge/. It said it would wake you up, and well, I needed some waking up. I did the workout and had so much energy. I was in a better mood and motivated to eat right and do my full workout a little later. Now to just keep that momentum going.
