I ate well yesterday, within my calories and no sugar. I'm set up to do the same tonight, even having the treat of pancakes and bacon for dinner. I worked really late yesterday and still managed not to eat any of the candy in the dishes around the office (usually a major downfall for me). Though partly that's cuz my amazing hubby brought me sushi for dinner. :) I did a mid-week weigh in this morning (cuz I'm *SO* supposed to weigh more than once a week) and I was down another pound. If I keep up my momentum from the beginning of this week, I'm sure I'll show a loss next Monday for my next weigh in.
