Before BLC 20 and After

It's been a week since BLC 20 ended, but I want to explain my journey. For all of you that don't know. There is a Biggest Loser Competition group you can join, which they place you in teams for 12 weeks. In this challenge you do challenges containing calories, exercises, support, water, and weight. The best thing is the support and accountability you get from these great people. I started my weight lose journey on March 9, 2012. From March to August I lost 32 lbs. Then, I joined BLC 20 and fell in love with the friends I gained and the way I pushed my body in order to succeed in this competition. I ended up being second in weight lose with a 23.9lb lose in 12 weeks.
Before I was doing it by myself and using Spark and was happy because I was losing and noticing a difference in my body.
After I am so happy I signed up and would encourage everyone that is devoted to this journey and wanting a kick in the butt to challenge yourself. This has pushed me to drink 8 glasses of water a day, exercise 8 hrs a week and find random times throughout the day to exercise, eat within my calories, reach out to others for support, and losing weight every week.
