On the 12th day of the 12th month of the 12th year my health gave to me...

Wednesday, December 12, 2012

While I was laying around, virtually non-mobile, I was lucky to get a couple glasses of water or tea a day.

Before my surgery I would always drink 3 cups of water in the afternoon at work alone. Not including all the other water I would drink throughout the day, in the evening, or while I was at the gym.

Now, getting back to work I find myself thirsty.....and wanting to eat. Even though I'm not hungry!

I'm thirsty.

Big difference.

And today I finally clued into what signals my body was giving me, and am drinking more water again.

Last year at this time I was not drinking enough water. In fact, I was drinking as much as I have been these last 3 days. No wonder I've been wanting to eat, and peckish...but not even hungry.

The body knows.

And I will fill you in on the secret: WATER.

You have heard my tales about my hate of water UNTIL I really started sparking. Now I am that annoying water girl, who has water with her all the time lol. Cheers emoticon
