I’m glad today is mostly over. The rest of the day can be spent taking a nice hot bath, climbing into some soft comfy jammies and watching a bit of TV with my hubby. Oh, yeah, and sipping on a glass of wine. I went to the first half of my periodontal laser surgery and while it wasn’t terrible, it wasn’t a preferred way to spend the day. The worst was the shots to numb everything and because I have very sensitive teeth and I metabolism the anesthesia faster than normal, they have to stop and give me more shots. But it’s over. Now the bothersome part is three days of only liquids and then four days of mushy foods and a full month of soft foods. And then, we do the other half of the mouth. But I’m playing Scarlett and not going to think about that.

Beginning tomorrow, I am going to concentrate on Christmas decorations and cards.
