Too much time left

I have to much time left in the day and not enough calories (food) left. Am struggling with staying out of the kitchen. I have this ridiculous desire to eat even though I am not hungry. I wish it were bedtime already!!!!!!

    Drink some water (cold) and see how you feel then. Sometimes when we think that we are hungry we are really wanting water. Our signals get crossed. Also try some green tea too.

    I know what you mean - sometimes I find myself circling the kitchen, thinking "I NEED to eat something - it's 2 hours until bedtime!". Sometimes I work through it, and sometimes I find myself with a bowl of ice cream. Hang in there. We'll figure out how to build new behaviors!
