Time to kick it up a notch

So after my ordeal with knowing that i have some pitfalls still and i am only human and no super women i decided to hire a personal trainer. I am very excited because i know trainers who have trainers and we all still need someome sometimes to help keep us accountable. We discussed my goals and it is funny nothing really about weightloss in my goals just muscle building. I told her i want to look like i work out! You know that girl at the gym we all know her. I want to look and be strong. I do need to decrease my body fat some more but i know that will come with all that i do now i just need to focus with my trainer on strength training i have cardio down pretty good. I am going to switch up cardio soon though to change it up. I am so excited to work with Kim (thats my trainers name). We did a strength test today and not to shabby at least i thought:)
wall squats- i think i held for 2min maybe more that is when i forgot to count lol
pushups-16 full pushups No girl pushups here next time i want to do 25 straight through my arms need to be worked on upper body strength
Plank hold-2min 10secs

I will post another before and after hoping this journey will result in a stronger me

    I need to "kick it up", too, KRYSTAL. Too much slacking going on the past couple weeks! You are a great motivator! :)
