Today's workout plan:
- 5 minutes walking to warm up
- Week 3 Day 2 of the C2HM program: alternate running 90sec and walking 90 sec for 2 miles
- 5 minutes walking to cool down
- 5:00 walking
- 26:12 running/walking
- 5:30 minutes walking - I needed a little extra to get back to the starting point
- total time: 36:42
- total distance: 2.625 miles (21 laps around the indoor track)
Two minutes faster than on Monday!!! I'm super stoked about that. Tomorrow is swimming again.
