I HAVE DE-STRESSED MY LIFE . I HAVE FOUND IF I DON'T DE-STRESS I CAN BECOME IN VERY BAD PLACE. BAD MOODS , UNHAPPY AND CAN LEAD TO ILLNESS.

3 WAYS I DE-STRESS.

READ BIBLE AND PRAY WITH MY HUSBAND DAILY

TAKE TIME FOR MYSELF

LOOK FOR THE GOOD NOT THE BAD IN EVERYTHING.

    would like to do that with my husband and have asked him if we could do it but he has not answered me. Will keep praying to the Lord that He will show my husband that he needs to do it together.
