There is nothing to see here, and little else to say.
We are on day 6.
Food intake has been nearly spectacular. Exercise isn't where I want it, but my body regressed in my 6 month break and work and family have gotten in the way. But tomorrow I will hit the gym, treadmill only, and begin the process of rebuilding the worlds largest cardio freak :)
I think I am going to try to be basic and do 3.5 miles at a 5% incline over an hour. That feels right. Although I usually get into trouble and overdo it ...
