Update ..

Hey guys!! Sorry I've been a little MIA, I'm here, I'm trying to check in, just can't blog as much. I have only stepped on the scale twice this month, the last time was on the 4th ... so, so far I'm doing good with that!

Last week after Wednesday, there were 4 days that went by that I didn't workout ... BAD STACY!!! I was a wee bit emotional and got in a funk. But I'm not letting that stop me .. The holidays have been coming up and I've been super busy trying to get the house cleaned up so I could put up the tree, had to dog sit this past weekend, a snow storm, and sunday I was just beat, but had to run the dogs back to the parents house ... Ugh, anyway they're just excuses ... none of them really matter, the only person I let down is myself. The difference between the me now and the me last year, is i would have given up, beat myself up, and all this hard work would have just drifted back into bad habits... I'm still here. Roaring and ready to go.

Got up this morning at 445 ... got my workout clothes on ... my dog was giving me those I wanna cuddle eyes ... laid down, he laid on top of me (saint bernards are no light lap dogs) put on my shoes, and i was giving myself till 515 then I WAS getting a sweat fest in ... yup. 620 comes around ... I fell asleep! Oh no! but I still ended up getting in my cardio abs, and tonight I will get my max recovery - and HOPEFULLY i'll push thru another video. Then i'll be all caught up for this week... well that's about all i got for now... LOTS OF WORK TO DO! Hope you guys are meeting your goals ... chat soon! xo
