Ugggg...not feeling today. I've been doing some soul searching lately. Too much thinking I think. Food hasn't been great. Maybe the holiday stress is getting to me. Hmmmm...I'd love to get some Zumba in but schedule won't allow it. I'm meeting a friend for lunch so that should help. One step at a time here.

Yes, get out and see your friend for lunch. Then get some rest. Quit thinking so much, I'm sure that is getting to you physically.

    One step at a time is good. If eating isn't good, what one thing can you do to improve? Is it fruits & veggies? Portion control on one thing, say, peanut butter? Choose at least one thing you can do to improve, do it, and then build on your success. remember that even 10 minutes of exercise counts. You can do it!!!

  Keep pushing and try to remake your time schedule to fit exercise in even if you have to get up one hour earlier in the morning emoticon emoticon
