Missed my beginning of the month goal setting and Iím already running full throttle through December. The next two weeks are going to be madness, fun madness but madness so I need to keep this simple. Like kindergarten cutting 101 easy.
Simple next 2 week GOALS:
Give thanks daily for the my health through this amazing birth of Jesus season. Really appreciate all my blessings.
Take care of my body, eat balanced, healthy and in moderation. (watch out for those sneaky liquid calories Ė YOU know what Iím talking about)
Exercise daily at least an hour of fast walking minimum, squeeze it in somewhere, plan it the day before. Run 3x/week.
PLAN healthy dishes to bring to the social events, bring your favorites so you donít feel like youíre giving up the good stuff!
Love and demonstrate the love for my family and friends, even those more challenging to love. They must be the ones that need it most.
Keep focused on increasing the running even if itís just minutes, no back slide this holiday.
Try try try to make it to SP at least once a day to log as much as possible. Keep it really simple but healthy. This includes minimizing the stress points. SMILE and be blessed.
