What: survive Winter

Your mission, should you choose to accept it: find nutritional balance and fitness goals met through perseverance and a little team winter spirit.

This week marks week 1 of an 11 week challenge that I plan on using to return to basics. In the past year I lost 30 pounds, then put it back on through lapse of hard work and medicinal side effects. Hard to blame it only on the medicine, when you catch yourself eating fast food and drinking sodas at least once a week.

My goal for the challenge:

1) start cooking again - my cooking has lapsed, and I'm a healthy cook
2) No more fast food!
3) 2x weekly gym trips minimum
4) 8 glasses of water daily
5) aim for 10-15 lbs loss

    Fast Food is such a hard thing to get rid of it. It's definitely one of my downfalls too! But I know you can do it! Good luck!
