1 - Go to the gym 5 times
2 - Eat 5 fruits and veggies daily
3 - Have fewer "bad calorie" days
4 - Be more patient, especially with my husband
5 - Go to bed earlier!
1 - Made it 4 times. Walked/jogged the 5th day, so not too bad!
2 - 3/7 days on this one. Not great!
3 - This is getting better.
4 - Meh. We had our moments this week.
5 - FAIL! My sleep schedule is nuts.
Keeping the same goals for the next week because I didn't go spectacularly well on any of them lol.
