Well I haven't been here in a while to post a blog but since my challenge group calls for one I am here to make a clear cut declaration of my goals for this challenge:
I want to get out of the 230'/220's for good. That means I want to lose 15 pds for this challenge. I'm determined to do it and I know I can. I had a sketchy Monday and Tuesday with my eating but I got up this Wednesday morning with a renewed sense of purpose and I'm encouraging anyone feeling a little down about their progress to realize that not only is today a new day, this hour is a new hour, this minute is a new minute and this very second is a new second. Anytime is te right to realize a change is needed and implement the steps to make that change. I'm not giving up on myself and I hope you're not giving up on you.
I will drop 15 pds in this challenge******
That will be my gift to myself for Christmas and the upcoming New Year.
