I now have to weigh in about my weigh ins emoticon
Just read I'm only supposed to weigh in once a week but I weigh in about 6 days a week. I know from experience when I don't weigh in I don't do as well so I'm not following that advice. Since upping my water intake and increasing my walking route I've been losing a little weight everyday...until today that is. I went from 144.8 to 145.1 this morning. I know I had some salty pretzels yesterday so that may be why. I still didn't eat enough to gain so I know I just have to avoid the salt today. Gotta admit I'm starting to crave some Christmas goodies and I'm going to start making some treats.....wish me luck emoticon
