This is the first day in 4 weeks that I finally feel almost healthy. Even though I have been sick there has been a few things i learned and a few things I have changed. I have been more consistent about going to bed around 10 PM and I have asked for help from a SP coach. I didn't lose anything over the past month of being sick but I didn't gain either. That can be a problem when I am home sick and in the bed a lot. Maybe by Friday I will be well enough to go for a walk.
