Lots of Fun, Missed My Spark

Three days of Christmas parties was a ton of fun, but I just couldn't keep up! Monday was a recovery day for me and today I am back on track. I have messed up on a weekend or two before but this was closer to a week! Thursday night to Monday! Free drinks, great food and dancing!
I don't think I could tell myself everything that happened the last few days much less post it on SP (because it was a spiral of tons of things), but I know it was fun. ( I couldn't wear my Fitbit part of the time because I had no inconspicuous place to put it!)

I'll step on the scale in the morning and see how much damage has occurred!

On a positive note, I also just got my 3 inch step to add to the Wii balance board for the free step.

    Dancing = Cardio
Happiness = higher metabolism
Fluids ;) = fluids/water content

Break the scale, hit it hard, and check in on Monday. I think you'll be better than you think. Our bodies have a way of smoothing out a couple days and staying on track. It's when we do it too many times that they adapt to a new style. Enjoy hump day, eat a salad, and smile about the weekend. emoticon emoticon
