DH Blood work is now normal, no-one knows for sure why the liver was in such a state but it has been going down and now it has normalised.

Good news because that might have altered the surgery plans. Pre-op will be next week so that made the day much brighter. DH did drive both ways and he enjoyed being outside. The cold wind made his face very painful but once we got back in to the vehicle it seemed to calm down.

My visit was not very productive now I have to try to find a good topical analgesic,
I have some from the botanical healer that I have not tried. I will do that tomorrow since I do need sleep. If it bothers it I can try it in my waking hours I do need to lie down. I have been sitting all day and only did Coach Nicole's Video with the ball.
I actually like that one I am getting much better balance by doing the ball videos and it is much softer than the Yoga mat, I do what I can and it helps to keep going.

I bought a neoprene face mask that will allow me to walk in really cold weather. My fleece face mask is warm but after 4 miles t oes get wet. This neoprene had vents for the nose and the moth so there will be very little condensation. I am so happy we stopped in Freeport at L L BEAN.

I was anxious to try it and I wore it in the car, i put on my peaked hat with ear flaps and the two overlap. I feel sure my walking buddies might want to but one also. we all had face issues in last weeks wind.
I am hoping DH feels well Friday we are hoping to have a girls afternoon tea in Freeport so they can check my face mask out and if they wish we will go there again so they can buy theirs.
