Goals for the Jolly Holiday Challenge - Go Team 9!!!-

So, my tittle pretty much says it all.
I'm in a 10 weeks challenge that started today, and that will hopefully help me stay on track during Holidays.
I have big hopes for that challenge so here are my goals:

- Get the maximum points so our team can win (ok maybe I'm being too competitive!)
- By the end of the challenge, I want to be out of obesity, wich means losing 15 pounds.
- Be able to shop in regular store for tops AND pants.
- Stick with my previous habit of working out 6 days out of 7.
- Make new friends and build my support system.
- Maybe learn to go to bed early (it's 23:25 and I need to wake up at 5:30 :S)

So here it is. It's the first time I do a 10 weeks challenge, so I really hope I will stick to it!

    Getting enough sleep is vital for weight loss, motivation, etc. I know sometimes I lack getting sleep and feel sluggish in the morning. We have 3 kids...2 in school and 1 at home. Sometimes I don't go to bed until midnight and need to be up by 630...plus get up with our baby when he wakes in the middle of the night! He is usually in bed by 9 or 10 and I'm up just relaxing in the quietness of our house! So, aim to get at least 6 hours and try to go to bed 5 minutes earlier each night...I have been doing that and it seems to help!

You can do it! Shoot for the moon, even if you miss you will land amongst the stars :o)

OH and YES team 9 WILL win! We rock!

    I like your idea for going to bed earlier! I usually try for 10/10:30pm but often find it's 11:30/12 before I'm actually in bed!

    Yay!!! I'm glad you're doing it again too, but I wish we were on a team together! GREAT goals.....and I'm with you on the sleep thing :)
