The Jolly Holiday Challenge started yesterday and I've been thinking about what I would like to see change by the end of the 10 weeks. I have decided that I would like to lose 15-20 pounds.
I also would like to pick up a few good habits. For awhile, I was logging all the food I ate into a food journal. Even though I was the only one who was looking at it, the log helped me to cut down on snacking (who wants to have to write down that they ate 15 cookies).
