I made a personal commitment to do a better job of tracking this week as I have been off the tracking for a while. I would possible write down breakfast, but by the end of the day...no tracking. It's a problem to track when you eat a lot of homemade foods with unknown quantities of ingredients. I tried to put my split pea recipe in the tracker and I ended up with 3 copies and the nutrition facts seemed pretty unlikely. So I input the ingredients on my tracker as best I could yesterday.
I could still stand to get in more veggies and fruits still. Today I ate some leftover dirty rice I made a few days ago that had onions, celery, and bell pepper in it. So yummy. For dinner I pulled a bag of frozen mixed veggies out of the freezer and we ate that.
Today, I got in an hour on Wii Fit activities. Not all are killer calorie burners, but in my opinion, when I'm doing these activities, I am not sitting on a chair watching TV or being on the computer. I finally got through the obstacle course for the 2nd time.
I drank all 8 glasses of water I ought to drink (I only make it a goal to drink 6). I decided to start taking supplements after watching Dr. Oz the other day. I am not a good pill taker, but I am on a streak with them too. My husband is a faithful supplement taker. I'm taking a multi and fish oil. I also take fiber supplements that have chromium to aid weightloss. HOpe it works!
