day 6 of eating clean

Tuesday, December 11, 2012

Hi all!! today is day 6 of eating clean and I feel amazing!! It feels so good knowing that im back on track and in control! My bf was complaing a lil bit and I told him that you dont have to cook for me, I will cook for myself and I dont have a problem with that. He replied "no, ill adjust to the eat clean way because i enjoy cooking for you." So there you have it folks, what a good guy! Im just happy that he wants me to be happy and eating clean makes me happy :-), i am very blessed. My bf said he was at work talking about how he has to change the way he cooks because I want my size 2-3 body back and not a this size 5 body, and a co-worker of his that is at least 60 pounds over weight asked him "do you want me to kick her a$$" lol I thought it was halarious!! But thats the funny thing, its not about size to me its about how i feel and of course look. If I could have a flat belly and feel energized at a size 5 or 6 then i would be happy and rock it. But my body type dose not work that way, lol when i gain weight i gain it in my tummy and chest, its just were my extra weight goes. If I could get it to go in my rear end that would be AWESOME!! since I cant do that im working with what the good lord gave me. So im not working towards a size im working towards me being happy and content with my self and if that so happens to be a size 3 then so be it. Any who im off my soap box for the nite but i am happy to report that day six has been awesome and I cant wait until tomorrow. That will mark 1 full week of the eat clean challenge!! keep sparking !!
