Almost 1 year with SP!

I started my journey with SP almost 1 year ago, can't believe it's been that long. While I didn't meet my overall goal, I learned so much about myself, my body and what works best for me. I have gone from 210lbs to 185 since last January after many failed attempts. This is a huge accomplishment for me!

I fell off after August, feeling comfortable with the new me but now ready for a new goal! My long term goal is to reach 135- 140lbs by the end of 2013 however my wedding date is Sept 15, 2013 and I am setting up some mini goals until then.

For my first SP anniversary I want to reach my halfway point of 170 lbs! I have 7 weeks to lose 15lbs which is within my 2.5lbs per week abilities. I need as much encouragement and motivation as possible. Cheer me on as I meet 2013's first mini goal!! I will be spending 30 minutes 4 x per week on cardio alternating each of those days for strength training of upper/lower body with core sculpting 3 of those days.

This is my chance to make a huge stride in the right direction while getting me fit for my big day and working on 2013's goals! WISH ME LUCK!!

2.5 is what's physically possible, after my long plateau it's been slowly coming off!

    emoticon On both your weight loss and your upcoming wedding. It looks like you've got a good idea of what you need to do to reach your goals. Push hard for that first mini goal to get to 170 by your SparkVersary. I think it's awesome when someone can lose 2-2.5 pounds in a week. My weight just doesn't move (off) that fast - I wish, though!

    Congratulations on the big day! I am getting married on Sept 7th, 2013! I like that you are setting mini-goals. I wish I could lose 2.5 lbs a week. I probably could but i wouldnt keep it off. I can workout like a mad woman but I love to eat, even the healthy stuff!
