I started my journey with SP almost 1 year ago, can't believe it's been that long. While I didn't meet my overall goal, I learned so much about myself, my body and what works best for me. I have gone from 210lbs to 185 since last January after many failed attempts. This is a huge accomplishment for me!
I fell off after August, feeling comfortable with the new me but now ready for a new goal! My long term goal is to reach 135- 140lbs by the end of 2013 however my wedding date is Sept 15, 2013 and I am setting up some mini goals until then.
For my first SP anniversary I want to reach my halfway point of 170 lbs! I have 7 weeks to lose 15lbs which is within my 2.5lbs per week abilities. I need as much encouragement and motivation as possible. Cheer me on as I meet 2013's first mini goal!! I will be spending 30 minutes 4 x per week on cardio alternating each of those days for strength training of upper/lower body with core sculpting 3 of those days.
This is my chance to make a huge stride in the right direction while getting me fit for my big day and working on 2013's goals! WISH ME LUCK!!
