Move it to Lose it!

I think, I think I'm finally getting a spark. I've been kind of going through the motions of visiting the Spark People site everyday and following a sensible diet. I still fall off now and again, but the difference is I don't beat myself up for doing it or give in. I just pick myself back up and keep going. Also, although exercising still hurts I'm starting to look forward to it. I'm still doing baby steps, but I'm moving. I also found out that if I stretch when it starts to hurt, I can move on a little further. I'm up to 30 minutes of day of walking, two or three day of stretching or yoga and two to three days of strength training with dumbells or stretch bands. For now, I think I'll make my new mantra, "I gotta move to lose it." Now what used to feel like just going through the motions is starting to take on real meaning. Yep, I've been sparked! I just have to keep on moving.
