Hey All! Thought I would check in....a week later, lol.
Been keeping up with all my workouts and keeping up the Shakeology. I think I have lost a few pounds already after holding totally steady for such a long time! We'll see how it goes but I am hopeful.
Workouts are good. I am ready for P90X to end as of now. Just want some more variety but I am nearly done so I will see it through. I'm starting to do the final run through of each workout at this point.
Overall I showed great improvements. We will see how the measurements pan out but I am sure I have gained some muscle all over. My quads are kinda silly big right now. The arms are ok and I am sure the chest has improved underneath the bit of fluff left there. If my abs were visible they would be SICK after all this ab ripper x stuff. I can feel 'em all bumpy under there. I will be happy to put those pics up!
