I didn't post yesterday but I did 5000 steps. I was a bit tired and barely made that.
Today I did 5183 steps,2.14 miles and 1107 calories burned.
I had to push the last 2000 steps as I wasn't that active today.
I kept going up and down the cellar steps and walking in place and side stepping to get to 5000 steps. But Yippee, I did it.
Now I'm going to check out a few things and relax.
