Today I got up and got ready for work, I was feeling slightly bummed for the scale said I gained 3lbs since weighing Sunday. ( I found out it was to no control of mine, just one of those things) I went to work and a parent whom I have known for 4 years looks at me and says you are losing weight. I was surprised (happily so) no one else has said anything without me saying something first. Just that gave me so much motivation. It was such a different feeling that I normally get when someone notices. I usually stop losing weight instantly and stop trying. I am not sure why this time feels different but it sure does feel great and impowering. On top of that my boss surprised me with a xmas bonous and I cried. Today has been a great day and i'm ready for the next.
