baby steps

well just got home from my psych appointment...full mental re-evaluation..and wadda ya know...Im not bi-polar, schitzo, insane, or crazy..what it all boils down to is that I am in fact surrounded by aholes and have a very low tolerance for crap
Anyway I am going into therapy for the suicide attempt and depression...and I need to be much more selective about who I let into my life

  I love your blog because you sound like you have a good hold of reality and what you are facing and who you are as a person, so, just keep on living life to the fullest and having fun with who you are and beware of people who try to take you down because they cannot accept you for who you are.     I am happy to see that you realize you are none of those things you listed. That right there can make you feel a lot better about you and your self worth. Keep up the visits with your therapist. Your moving forward.

    I don't recommend suicide for anyone (unless they are unlawfully incarcerated and undergoing torture.) I have had several near death experiences, and whatever bothers you stays with you, you don't forget, and its usually easier to deal with here than it is after. I hope that your therapy helps you learn effective coping techniques. emoticon

    As you stated, baby steps. Small steps taken with a steady intent in the right direction. Aim toward things that will take care of you to meet your needs spiritually, emotionally, and physically. The Lord will guide and you only have to obey. May you be blessed by His presence throughout this journey.
