Lifting weights

I just had my first visit to a chiropractor today. She asked if I worked out with weights and when I told her about one hour per week and 2 hours of cardio. She told me good, lifting is not good for alignment. I should of asked her to elaborate but at the time it just blew past me. I am going to ask her about that next visit.

    hmm Strength training is key for WL and toning...and maintaining a good metabolism...but have to make sure ur maintaining the correct form...

    personally my experience with a chiropractor is that they always find a problem with ur alignment..I had gone for 3 sessions and all I ended up was with worse pain than ever..but it works for some...not for me..
