What do I need to do today to feel satisfied?
1. Do meditation.
2. Do routines.
3. Bring equipment up from studio for working on gifts.
4. See Dr.
5. Work on food plan, or writing for L.
6. Do affirmations for doing the transfer. (Then I can order new fitbits!)
7. Finish the email to S. and send. :)
