Well I am still yo yoing weight. I started quite a while back last Spring. I haven't kept to my plans. So I am going to make smaller goals to reach. This week my goal was to prepare snacks ahead of time. I put carrot sticks in little baggies that I keep at the front of my refrigerator. So far so good.
