Working out regularly

So we have belonged to the Y for two weeks. I've been there 10 times in 13 days. I'm starting to lose a little enthusiasm, but I will push through it. 8 more days and I will have built the good habit right? Today is my second session with my trainer, and I've done the workout he prescribed me twice now. Can I just say, who can hold the elbow plank for a full minute? Cuz... Not me!

I've been logging in my calorie intake for a few days now, and though it helps, I'm consistently over target. Gotta work on it! I'm hoping the workouts make up for that.
